MONOHAUS

Over 104 weeks, GHR transformed the £21 million Monohaus scheme, in Hackney, into 46 high specification residential units and 23 commercial units as the main contractor. We took on the scheme from pre-planning to the demolition stage until the practical completion stage.

Monohaus consisted of 47 flats with offices, shops and a gym to create a new lifestyle hub. A glazed atrium at the heart of the building acts as a communal courtyard, with seating and shops alongside the residents’ entrance.
