We progressively identify workplace hazards and take appropriate measures to eliminate or control risks in regard to anyone associated with the business, including employees and the general public.

Employees are required to take reasonable care of their own health & safety at work. They must be aware of those around them and cooperate with GHR to ensure duties imposed upon them are performed; not intentionally interfere with anything provided in the interests of health & safety and to report to supervisory staff of any hazardous conditions or circumstance.

The company recognise it has legal responsibility for health & safety, so the Managing Director ensures the safety plan includes sufficient resources and accepts overall responsibility for policy formulation and implementation. All levels of management and supervisors are responsible for carrying out health & safety duties assigned to them.

The monitoring and review of the company’s health & safety management policy is carried out by the health & safety management committee. The development of the health & safety management policy is conducted through normal business meetings, giving it equal standing against other activities.
